The Polyolefin Circular Economy Platform (PCEP) is delighted to invite you to its Annual Gala Dinner and Annual Conference 2025, taking place on 24–25 September at The Hotel, Brussels, room 25.3.

Networking Dinner – 24 September
The programme will begin on the evening of Wednesday, 24 September (19:00–22:00) with the traditional PCEP Networking Dinner at The Hotel, in the room 26.3. This convivial evening will offer participants the opportunity to connect with stakeholders from across the polyolefin value chain in a relaxed and informal setting, ahead of a full day of discussions.

Annual Conference – 25 September
The Annual Conference 2025, entitled “Advancing circularity in polyolefins: Policy, innovation, and market readiness”, will be held on Thursday, 25 September (10:00–15:00) at The Hotel, Brussels, room 25.3.
This year’s programme will explore how policy frameworks, technological innovation, and market dynamics are shaping the transition towards a truly circular economy for polyolefins. Participants can expect insightful discussions with policymakers, industry leaders, researchers, and innovators on the latest challenges and opportunities for advancing circularity in the sector.
Highlights include:

  • Opening remarks by PCEP President Volker Gloeckner and a keynote address from MEP (TBC)

  • Updates on PCEP’s progress and priorities (Edelman)

  • Presentation of the latest results from Conversio study

  • PCEP activities

  • A high-level panel discussion featuring EU policymakers, industry leaders, and other stakeholders, focusing on:

  • EU policies shaping polyolefin recycling

  • Investment needs to scale up circular solutions

  • Industry commitments versus regulatory frameworks

  • Market challenges such as quality, demand, and competitiveness

A networking lunch will also be provided during the day.

Participation in the Gala Dinner and Annual Conference is free of charge, but registration is mandatory via the official form.
